mise 101 exercises before you walk out the door, and double that when you use the Bosu® B3 System to make even the simplest drill into a challenge.  You will master a wide variety of Bosu® exercises for cardio, integrated strength, core and flexibility and you'll see how easily these ideas can turn into 15, 30 and 45 minute classes that can be refreshed, rearranged or restructured for an unlimited number of Bosu® workouts suitable for group exercise, small group or personal training clients.  (Equipment provided)

Bosu® "Strong And Stretched" with Jessica H. Maurer

The BOSU® Balance Trainer is one of the fitness industry’s best strengthening and stretching accessories, and this workshop covers both! First, you will learn brand-new athletic, total body exercises and sequences that are designed to functionally strengthen the body from head to toe, and can be used in any type of strength, sculpt or conditioning workouts. Then, you will learn a variety of yoga-inspired stretch sequences that utilize the Balance Trainer to make easy stretches more challenging, and tough stretches easier to do! These stretch sequences can be broken up to be used for short and sweet cool-down routines, or connected together for full-length stretch workouts. Don’t miss this chance to get the best of both worlds!

Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time.  Our fitness curriculum has been created by world-class choreographers and certified fitness professionals to ensure a safe and powerful total body workout for all.  BollyX® utilizes High Intensity Interval Training techniques,HIIT, in this unique workout that not only tones your entire body but pushes the world of fitness forward to a new kind of experience and getting you in the best shape of your life.
